Reactivation

If your account is dormant, you will not be able to carry out any transactions until it is reactivated. To reactivate the account, please visit any Access Bank branch with the following:


Documents to provide:
Valid ID Document (e.g., Passport, National ID, or Driver’s License for locals. For foreigners: Passport, Residence Permit, or Residence Card).
Account Number (to identify the dormant account)
Explanation of Account Inactivity (including the reasons for reactivation)
Information to Confirm Account Ownership (e.g., recent transactions, previous correspondence)
Minimum Deposit (to revive the account) 


For Corporate Accounts
Letterhead with Mandate Signatories
Annual Return for the Current Year
Valid ID Document:
Locals: Passport, National ID, and Tin Certificate.
